Info Sessions

Sunday, September 13 and Wednesday, September 16 on Zoom (Time TBA)

This is your chance to hear from Panhellenic officers and Recruitment Counselors about what to expect during the Recruitment Process and Greek Life in general! Attendance at ONE of these sessions is mandatory in order to participate in Recruitment. The information covered in each session is the same, so there's no need to attend both!

Open House Round

Thursday, September 17 on Zoom (Time TBA)

During the open house round, PNMs will visit with both sororities to learn more about their values, ideals and activities. PNMs will also get the chance to talk to some of the lovely women in each chapter! Dress is casual class attire (think casual dress or nice shorts/pants with a nice top); feel free to dress comfy, but please dress to impress! There will be a lot of standing so please wear comfortable shoes.

Note: you will have some downtime during this round. We suggest bringing something to do while you wait!

Invitational Round

Friday, September 18 on Zoom (Time TBA)

During the invitational round, PNMs will visit with a maximum of two sororities, where they will have the chance to get to know more members of Kappa and Theta! Attire for this round is a little dressier (think a nice brunch or going out to dinner with your parents), and we encourage PNMs to show their own style!

Note: Just like on Thursday, you will have some spare time, so bring some school work to pass the time!

Preference Round

Saturday, September 19 on Zoom (Time TBA)

During the preference round, PNMs will again visit with a maximum of two sororities, and they will get the chance to have more intimate, one-on-one conversations with chapter members! This is also the round where PNMs will be placing their bid preferences. Attire is dressy, and chapter members often wear dresses or nice skirts with heels (wear something you may wear to a daytime wedding). 

Bid Day!

Bid day party: Zoom, Time TBA

On bid day, new members will receive a bid from one of the two sororities and will join their respective chapters for the rest of the day! For this day dress casually and comfortably. Many PNMs choose to wear a bandeau or bralette under their shirt, as your sorority will give you a new t-shirt when you arrive to bid day.
